Why Use Us?

We share your in your ultimate goal and mission. TMS is made up of resources that want to see the potential waste in time and capital to be reduced in such a way that they both can deliver better patient care. We realize that the visitors to your campuses carry their Personal Experience Message with a different set of eyes than the patient. In addition, we feel that our efforts can deliver a better environment outside of the patient rooms to create a stronger and energized staff. With each of these elements driving and directing us throughout the project, we will all benefit
.

Successes
TMS has been able to successfully deliver time and money savings, and stress constant and clear communications to avoid the typical pitfalls that can occur with a disconnected and self serving provider(s). Likewise, we hold our team accountable—including the client team members—to deliver and participate with mutually established and agreed upon deliverables.

Experience
The TMS team provides a long history of experience and contacts. Whether it is an in depth property search or picking out the most cost effective and durable flooring, TMS’ team follows the project to its full delivery. I like to say that our experience serves us well, but our collective years of attendance at the “University of Life” have served us even better. You will benefit from a seasoned group of resources that will help to avoid costly delays and disregard of thoughtful budgets.

Conscientiousness
Our mission is very simple: Saving you time and money to better care for the patient and their families. The dollars that are saved can be used for life saving equipment, facilities, technologies and/or added FTE’s that provide the human element of this care. This mission is the battle cry for our team. Each member is reminded throughout our project that, what we do must be done with the total cost in mind. We are not independent of each other, whether we are serving on the Executive Team, part of the construction crew or working in the finished product...we all have an impact on the bottom line.

Our founder, John Johnson, believes that "What we build must create a true balance of a good business decision and delivery of greater patient care."
