Do you think this approach will produce better or worse results if the goal is to raise healthy, productive people who contribute to society? Most people agree that children turn out better if they're raised with unconditional love and security, mixed with loving discipline. As it turns out, security in a relationship actually produces better behavior, not worse. And so it is in the relationship between God and us. |
