Operational Planning

There is much to consider as it relates to the overall impact of the project on the campus and its operation. TMS provides a complete consideration for all aspects of the project flow. These can be critical cost elements to affect the master plan and budget, therefore it is very important to keep them in check.

After The Builder Leaves
The Operational Planning needs to carry itself beyond the building process. Considerations need to be made on the post construction functionality of what was built. Believe it or not there have been many sites built that forgot to put in an Environmental Services area, or something as simple as a break room. The full scope of what the project is to deliver after it is built needs to happen at the planning stage.
