Construction Oversight of the Project

Time is money! We need to get the project built on budget and on time if we are to maintain the integrity of the business plan. It is the responsibility of TMS to provide constant verifications of where we are on both issues. We know that the "ripple effect" of a problem can be cut short if it is identified and addressed immediately. It is a more realistic thought process to take the "IF" out of the phrase, "IF something goes wrong…" and replace it with "WHEN." In other words, we all know there will be something that will go wrong at some point, TMS prefers to be prepared for it.

Another Set Of Eyes
TMS and their resource team members have learned one major lesson over the years of watching projects slow down or swell in the area of expenses. If the group that assisted in the defining and development of the project's entire package is not safeguarding the point of construction, all time and money lose accountability to some degree.
