I.T. Applications and Assessments

Reporting is key! There will be an ongoing need to provide constant information as to the success of the project and its outcome. The IT component of the project will facilitate the needed software to operate optimal efficiency in reporting and tracking. This may be in the form of sales tracking, which impacts procurement tasks. It will monitor sales by staffing hours and sales by hours of operation, which will provide crucial efficiency findings. The assessments of this type of tracking and reporting will allow for greater staff evaluations and product selections.

We can make product mix changes, hours of operation modifications, etc. based on the data we retrieve.
